Inline automatic cycle welding machine with one fixed welding head and one movable head, which can be positioned at a maximum useful distance of 3,440 mm. The fixed head is designed for welding 90° angles. The movable head is available in two different configurations: for 90° angles in the SM2 LL version; for variable angles from 30° to 180° in the SM2 LV version. Both models can be configured to perform welding in the traditional mode or integrate the Seamless mode. In traditional mode, the generated welding bead is precisely controlled to ensure optimal aesthetic quality after the removal phase. The bead thickness can be preset according to the finishing specifications required for the subsequent cleaning process. It features an adjustment system that allows you to quickly change the bead size, setting it to a value of either 0.2 mm or 2 mm. The Seamless version is compatible with patented counterblocks which, by applying a simple profile preparation step, allow welds without beads on the frame surfaces. The PRO FAST technology has been designed to optimize welding with Seamless technology by integrating knives into the welding units to control finishing quality. This solution enables the use of simpler counterblocks, reducing costs and testing times. The beadless welding technology also significantly reduces and simplifies the subsequent processing cycle, with major benefits for productivity and result quality. The PRO FAST version can also perform traditional welding. SM2 features vertical clamps sliding on linear guides and height-adjustable support arms. SM2 can be equipped with counterblocks (optional) and can process all types of standard, acrylic, and coated profiles; a quick-change system allows to share counterblocks with the 4-head welder SM 4H. All cycle variables (times, speeds, etc.) are programmable and can be automatically set on the machine through a functional and ergonomic operator interface. This machine combines ease of use and maintenance with high efficiency and superior quality results.
