Automatic in-line welding machine with fixed head for right angle corners and movable head for corners in the range 30° to 180°. SM 2LV comes in 2 versions and 2 lengths: with or without heated knives and with a max. length of 3.440 mm (long version) or 2.440 mm (short version). SM 2LV is provided with heated welding bead restrictors adjustable in the configuration phase, in a range from 0.2 to 2 mm; it also has vertical vices running on linear slideways. Depth of fusion can be set at 2.5 or 3 mm while the support arms feature adjustable height. SM 2LV can be fitted with counterblocks (optional) for standard and Seamless welding and can handle all types of standard profiles (including acryilic and coated). It can be provided with a quick change system, to share the same counterblocks with the 4 heads welding machine SM 4H. It is also compatible with the patented Seamless counterblocks, that allow to obtain weldings with no bead on the surfaces of doors and windows frames by the application of a simple profile preparation phase. This welding mode reduces and significantly facilitates the following work cycle, with important advantages on productivity and quality of the result. The machine allows easy cleaning of the teflon film. The work cycle is controlled by a PLC while the heating plate has a digital temperature controller (settable in both °C and °F); the heating time can be set via the LCD display.
