A first at Fensterbau Frontale 2024: someco exhibits at its own stand

At this year's Fensterbau Frontale, to be held in Nuremberg from March 19-22, 2024, for the first time someco PVC specialists will present a completely redesigned booth for the fair. The company will exhibit its full range of "someco" PVC at booth 512 in Hall 3A.
 

Since 2022, Voilàp S.p.A. has developed all PVC processing products under the new "someco" brand. Cutting centers, profile processing centers, and products for assembly and logistics are manufactured at elumatec, while welding machines and corner cleaning machines are produced at Voilàp's subsidiary emmegi. Global distribution of someco products is divided among sister companies. This pooling of PVC expertise means that the Voilàp Group can offer industry customers a consolidated product range. The presentation of the someco brand for the first time at this year's fair is not only the result of this grouping of expertise within our group, but also offers absolute added value to our customers.  Our international and intercompany sales team will provide visitors with all the necessary information about our machine and software solutions, designed to meet the highest technical specifications for efficient processing of PVC profiles.
 

Visitors to someco's booth will discover a brand new addition: The new, innovative SBZ 625/26 all-in-one pass-through center can do it all, with up to 50 axes and 11 sub-modules for complete processing of PVC profiles-it is a true masterpiece that will take our customers' PVC production to the next level. More information about the machine will be available on someco's website starting in mid-March. Another product on display for the first time in Nuremberg will be the new someco CM 4H, a larger and upgraded version of the CM 1H milling machine that can shape up to four profiles simultaneously. Combined with the fully digitally controlled someco SM 4H CNC welding machine, the system is the ideal solution for seamless welding. The third product debuting at the someco booth is an innovative new robot for glass sheet bonding. This production assistant for manufacturing customers speeds up the process of gluing glass sheets into window sashes and gives them structural strength.
